EarthBae ships within the United States, with free shipping on all US orders and no minimum. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us at jcanter@earthbaewear.com and we will tell you whether we can ship to your location.

Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, since it will usually show where the package is. If tracking has not updated in several days, or the carrier shows delivered and you do not have it, email us at jcanter@earthbaewear.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

EarthBae Core, the heated hoodie, is true to size. EarthBae Heat, the heated vest, is cut with a little room and performs better worn close, so if you are between sizes, take the smaller one.
