We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jcanter@earthbaewear.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Products without original packaging or missing accessories (such as heating power banks)
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a restocking fee may apply.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
